heart and soul and Star Trek?

i wake up every morning with a diff'rent song stuck in my head. an "ear worm" if you will. the song is usually gone by the time i get out of the shower, but i decided to see if i could try to remember them. today we go quirky.

T'Pau is my absolute favorite band named after a Star Trek character. not only that, but thier one US hit "Heart and Soul" is a sonic adventure. from the pounding/plucking notes at the beginning of the song to the great percussion tolead singer Carol Decker's amazing voice, this song is a solid 80's pop song. it was also a pleasure to wake up to a song that i actually owned a copy of, as opposed to yestereday...
